We create Victorian beds using plantation Honduran mahogany for its many beneficial qualities. Far less brittle than soft pine but more flexible than oak, our team of master carpenters carefully handcraft every step from sanding, carving, staining, and finishing. All our choices are made to accentuate the flawless beauty of genuine mahogany wood, coaxing out its gorgeous deep red shades, multi-color sheen, and appealing grain patterns. We finish each piece of Victorian furniture with a satin semi-gloss which causes this stunning wood to almost glow from within, highlighting mahogany's natural chatoyancy.
