Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the US and Canada. For orders outside of North America please contact us for international shipping quotations. For your convenience Laurel Crown offers three methods of delivery: Standard Curbside Delivery, White Glove Home Delivery, and In-Store Pickup.
Standard Curbside Delivery
Standard Curbside Deliveries are performed by couriers or freight carriers such as FedEx Freight and Daylight Transport. For larger furniture pieces, frieght will be delivered to the front of your property in a palletized crate or box. Unlike our White Glove option, the shipper will not bring the package inside your home and unpack it. If the furniture piece you are ordering is small or you wish to unpackage and move the furniture yourself to save on the cost of delivery, choose our Standard option.
White Glove Home Delivery
White Glove Delivery not only includes delivering the package to your home but also includes moving the furniture into your home and assembling it if required. Please see the individual product page of the items you wish to order to see if any assembly is required (usually this is only applicable to our bed frames). White Glove Delivery is more expensive than Standard, but well worth it for those who do not wish to deal with moving heavy furniture themselves. If you wish to use White Glove Delivery, please make sure to include any details about where the furniture will be delivered in the Notes section of your order (e.g. what floor the furniture will be delivered to, if there is an elevator, etc.).
In-Store Pickup
Laurel Crown also offers in-store pickup for select locations. Simply place your order online or over the phone and then call us to setup a time to pickup your furniture at your convenience. If you do not see the option for in-store pickup while checking out, then the option is not yet available for your area.
Delivery Time
Furniture that is in-stock is delivered inside the continental US within 2-3 weeks depending on chosen delivery method. Special orders and custom-made furniture are built and delivered within 12-16 weeks, but may vary depending upon the current production schedule. Please give us a call at 1-800-573-1008 for current custom order lead times.
Return Policy
Laurel Crown Furniture strives to provide you with the best value in quality antique reproductions. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a standard-item you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.*
Laurel Crown will refund the original shipping cost on all returnable standaard-item orders, however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance in the event of package loss or damage. Once the returned items are received and inspected we will process a full refund to the credit card, bank account, PayPal account or Google Checkout account that was used for the original transaction.
* Special orders with custom design, dimensions, finish, or customer's own upholstery are non-returnable. Orders shipped outside of the Continental US are non-returnable. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and condition along with any accompanying parts, hardware, and accessories.
How to Return an Item:
- Check that the item is in its original condition including all parts and accessories.
- Obtain your RMA number by calling us at or emailing us.
- Repackage the item and affix your RMA number on the outside and inside of the box.

How to Cancel Your Order:
Canceling your order is easy. Just call us at or email us to cancel your order. Regular orders may be canceled for a full refund anytime before shipment. If an order has already shipped you may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund anytime before production on the order begins. If the custom order is in production, it may still be canceled, but the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
How to Report Shipping Damage:
In the event of shipping damage or manufacturer defect Laurel Crown will replace, repair, or refund your order provided you take the following steps:
- Inspect the package. If there is any visible damage notify the delivery person and note it down on the Bill of Lading. Do not accept or sign for the delivery.
- Take photos of the damaged package in its entirety and the damaged contents in their entirety.
- Call us at or email us within 14 days of receipt to let us know that your package was not received in good condition.
