I sent cell phone pictures and then measurements that they requested with a detailed drawing. From this info they made my chairs. I needed two Chippendale Chairs in a very short amount of time. When I called I did not expect they could meet this demand. Laurence was so wonderful on the phone, he said he would call me back after double checking to see if it was possible. He called me within 15 mins and said they could meet my deadline.
