This species of mahogany has been used by cabinet and furniture makers for several centuries because it is revered for its superior workability, dimensional stability, and moderate rot resistance. A satin semi-gloss finish allows the swirling, reddish-brown grain pattern of mahogany to glow for years to come.

• Hand-carved bonnet top pediment with latticework and flame finials
• Cabriole legs that terminate to ball-and-claw feet with neoclassical motifs
