I contracted Laurel Crown to make 2 custom arm chairs to match my wife's set of antique balloon back dining room chairs. I sent cell phone pictures and then measurements that they requested with a detailed drawing. From this info they made my chairs. You would have to look very closely to realize that these chairs were not part of the set! I was quite frankly surprised that they matched so well and am very pleased with the result. I usually don't write reviews since I purchase so many items/furniture for my job online. However, this company gave such great customer service I thought it was important to share. I needed two Chippendale Chairs in a very short amount of time. When I called I did not expect they could meet this demand. Laurence was so wonderful on the phone, he said he would call me back after double checking to see if it was possible. He called me within 15 mins and said they could meet my deadline. Every question I had he answered quickly and alleviated any worries I had; He even remembered my name when I called back. You rarely find customer service that goes above and beyond!
